Ted’s essays

odds n sods

I wrote this back in February, but never posted it – for reasons that are long gone. It is interesting, only partially out-of-date and has only a few obvious rough edges. I have been on-task with my freedom fighting posts since mid-week. The’re everywhere. Today I was plenty fired up and powerfully motivated with a video and essay. My gosh but it puts my future and political activism in perspective. Do you see what I see? These books, essay and video are stark reminders of the limited choices I have: Democide or fight. You may have seen Homeland Security’s new target posters training our homeland storm troopers to not hesitate before gunning us down. Someone made a poster of these […]

our lives, fortunes, sacred honor

Paul Harvey produced a fine video on the signers of the Declaration of Independence. It is useful perspective for us facing a similar situation today. Paul Harvey The Declaration of Independence signers Sometimes, in speaking to fellow travelers on this path of understanding and struggle, I say with honesty and without bravado, that we are in a way fortunate. We are at that rare point in history where men’s spirits will be tested. We are at a turning point in the evolution of man and his societies. We stand on the threshold of a reniassance in liberty against a formidable foe. (Oh, I write better than I speak, but I try to say that, anyway.) Other times I look fondly, […]

Raney comes out of the closet

I ran against the guy for a reason. One of us had the courage and knowledge to uphold the Constitution and be a key check and balance against federal government overreach. But he had too many advantages in that election. While 41,000 adults of Ada County understood what was at stake, they weren’t enough. Today the Idaho Statesman published Raney’s rationalization for subordinating his office to the federal police state. It is hard to describe politely. I suppose I should allow the possibility he is merely mistaken; ignorant of his job and the proper role of the sheriff. I know the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officer Association (CSPOA) has attempted to reach him numerous times. I know he was given […]

Oath Keepers

I’m working on a presentation I get to make in the Capital Rotunda at noon. This is part of it. I am thrilled that Oath Keepers is firming up its stance. I’m in GREAT company. Oath Keepers, and its founder Stewart Rhodes, has always had a very firm line drawn between itself and political activism or confrontational words. This has frustrated many patriots who have seen a massive threat building on the other side of the ramparts and who wanted Oath Keepers to attack NOW!!! No, the strength of Oath Keepers is its simple, easy to accept message: You swore an oath to the Constitution. We ask that you think about it, and resolve in your mind that you meant […]

the hammer’s crashing down

At risk of appearing in a musical mood, I just ran across another song, another performance that I must share. This one is thanks of the Oath Keepers website. I recommend you click the link and go there for it rather than read the version below. It will be a much better presentation for you. However, if for any reason, the link breaks or that site is unavailable, I copied the text below. Go to the Oath Keepers page linked below, click on the video to play it, then follow the lyrics below the playing video as he sings and plays his new song. This is one stirring and inspirational song, and very much keyed to the times we are […]

good news, bad news

I’m catching up on important stuff. This one has been in my head for days, since Biden began jabbering about executive orders confiscating some of the most effective defensive weapons the people have left. I posted this one all but one of my sites. It belonged. Good news – Bad news The good news is our enemy thinks they cannot win. The bad news is they are about to declare war on you. You can tell by the frantic nature of their efforts to take away our semi-automatic rifles that everything else is in place. Their false flag events are getting sloppier and more frequent, but the people are not quite as stupid as they hoped. Congress still doesn’t have […]

Time to be concerned?

I just added to and rearranged the front page here to put four important You-tube videos on the right side. There are many on the Internet covering the same areas of concern, but these are short, accurate and powerful. Europe’s economy and social situation is mere months ahead of ours. There are and were hardly any significant differences. Thus the first video with clips recorded this year in Europe could just as easily be clips from the USA just a few months into the future. A warning to America (5:52) The second one is of Lt. General Boykin (3-star) who recently retired from an insider position to the military structure in the U.S.A. He is clearly concerned and articulates well […]

pick yourself up…

One view says we lost the November 6th election. Some may figure it’s time to head for the hills, find a cave and live out their days in it. Others will simply plod along living on hope that their number doesn’t come up… that they will be allowed to live and permitted occasional pleasantries. The picture to the left shows what I think of those choices. I am also reminded of a very useful little song I learned as a child: Pick Yourself Up here with Fred Astair and Ginger Rogers and a contemporary version here: here with Diana Krall Let’s take a look at the positive side of the ledger: We still have a Constitution. We still have […]
