In researching for this article I ran across a site diffen.com. I was looking to to clarify the difference between brass and bronze. What a cool tool they provide… there vs their … flu vs cold … ethnicity vs race … mold vs mildew … and so much more. Check them out. I bookmarked the site in my search/research tab. Among their differences are that bronze came from around 3500 BC, the beginning of “The Bronze Age”, or when this batch of humans figured out how to make things from metal. EMCOMM Big Picture View

Working with the pyramid on our white board, the Bitterroot Emergency Amateur Radio Services team discussed the base layer as it applies locally: Establish Survivable Network. The upper layers are important, significant and worthy of our continued development efforts. When those topics came up they were placed in their appropriate layers, acknowledging their value without bogging down on non-foundational issues. The base currently includes GMRS, 2-meter, and CB. Emergency radio power is by batteries with solar systems and generators recharging those. Our area has a large population of radios using these modes. Since we were paying attention, Christine Blasey Ford’s flimsy fiction trying to destroy Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation had no weight from the start. Rather than ignoring, or ridiculing the claims, The Team used judo to open an investigation “into Ford’s claims”, but freaking out the spiders by not limiting the investigation to the precarious web they wove. To destroy the cobweb, destroy the spider.
